How long do custom orders take?

A: Our standard turnaround time ranges from 24 hours to 2 weeks.

Because every single piece is proudly handcrafted by Kim & Cait, timelines vary based on a few details:

  • The complexity of your customization

  • Total order quantity

  • Current product availability

  • Your chosen pick-up or delivery options

Once you place your order, we'll give you a closer estimate so you know exactly when to expect your custom gear!

Do you offer local pick-up?

A: Yes, we do! We offer convenient local pick-up options in both Argyle and Lantana.

Not local? No problem! We also offer shipping right to your door, and we can even accommodate special deliveries under certain circumstances. Just reach out, and we’ll help you get your order the best way possible!

What brands do you print on?

A: We print on a wide variety of high-quality, trusted brands to give you the exact look and feel you want. Our lineup includes, but is not limited to:

  • Comfort Colors (for that ultra-soft, vintage lived-in feel)

  • Bella + Canvas & Next Level (for modern, premium, and retail-ready fits)

Can I order for a team or school?

A: Yes, we would absolutely love that! Whether you need gear for a sports team, school club, or a special event, we’ve got you covered.

We comfortably accommodate group orders ranging from 10 to 200 and more!  Already have a design? Perfect, we can bring it to life. Need some inspiration? We’d love to help you brainstorm and design the perfect look from scratch!
